Beneficial ownership information refers to identifying information about the individuals who directly or indirectly own or control a company.

Brumley Robinson and Associates will provide the following:

• A list of all entities we have record of that have had a filing with the Secretary of State and are not dissolved to you for you to confirm this is a complete list
• An Organizer to assist you in determining which entities need to file and which beneficial owners and applicants need to be reported for each entity
• Via the requested information, we will submit all required filing information for the beneficial owners/applicants in order for us to obtain a FINCEN ID for the beneficial owner/applicant or we will request that you provide a FINCEN ID for each owner/applicant that is required to be reported
• We will register your entities as needed with FINCEN
• We will review with you which entities and which beneficial owners/applicants we believe are required to be reported and then provide you with a summary of what was filed
• Going forward, we will work with you to properly maintain the FINCEN BOI reporting
